We are looking for subsitutes to work in our cafeteria's on an on-call basis.  It will be approximatley 3 hours shifts.  $10.75 per hour. Perform a variety of manual tasks in the preparation and serving of food; clean kitchen equipment and areas; and complete related tasks as required by supervisor or designee.

Employee may be required to do any or all of the following, as directed by supervisor:  assist in preparing: main dishes, salads, fruits, sandwiches, cookies, cakes, and other foods; stock snack bars or salad bars, transport food from one location to another, arrange food and trays for serving and serve food in snack bars or serving lines; assist, when needed, with collecting money and making change; operate commercial kitchen equipment and appliances, including dishwasher, in a safe manner; participate in maintenance of proper sanitary conditions, including cleaning utensils, dishes, equipment and facilities, and proper storage of food. Maintain kitchen and serving area in clean, orderly fashion; assist student workers on serving line; understand and follow oral and written instructions from supervisor(s); perform other related duties and assume other responsibilities as needed and designated by supervisor(s).

Applicant agrees to assume cost and arrange for FINGERPRINT-BASED CRIMINAL RECORDS CHECK upon offer of employment.  ($12.50 to FieldPrint and $59.00 payable upon registration ODE fee) In addition to salary, the district pays the employee's 6% PERS contribution.
